Google Play Data Safety Compliance: This page allows users of the GK Learn Study Android Application (com.gklearnstudy.in) and website (gklearnstudy.in) to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

1. Types of Data Collected & Associated With Your Account

When you sign in to GK Learn Study (via Google Sign-In or email authentication), we may store the following account information:

Profile Details: Your name, email address, and profile photo provided by Google Identity.
Authentication Identifiers: Secure User ID (UUID) generated by our authentication system (Supabase Auth).
App Activity & Learning Progress: Test scores, bookmarks, streak counts, and mock test analytics.
User-Generated Content: Comments and feedback submitted under articles, facts, and quizzes.

2. What Happens When You Request Deletion?

Upon receiving your deletion request, GK Learn Study permanently removes your data from our active databases:

Your user account record and authentication credentials will be permanently erased.
Your saved test scores, progress history, and bookmarks will be purged.
Any comments or discussion messages posted with your user identity will be permanently disassociated or deleted.
No personal data is retained for commercial or tracking purposes. Server connection logs are automatically purged on a rolling 30-day cycle for security auditing.

3. Submit Account Deletion Request (Online Form)

Please provide the registered email address associated with your GK Learn Study account. We will process your request within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Alternate Request via Direct Email

You may also request account deletion at any time by sending an email directly to our support desk:

5. How to Revoke Google Sign-In Permissions Immediately

If you signed in using your Google Account, you can also revoke GK Learn Study's access directly from your Google Security Settings:

Visit your Google Account Security Dashboard at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Locate GK Learn Study under the list of authorized apps.
Click Remove Access to immediately disconnect your Google credentials.

6. Data Retention Period

Once processed, deletion of your profile and personal identifiers is immediate and permanent. No backup archives retain your personal identifiers beyond the standard 30-day automated rolling server backup window.
